MIKE (IT) – Peace of Mind!

Peace of Mind is the first release of Michele Romana aka MIKE (IT) on our new label with which the Italian DJ and producer shows us a different side of „la dolce vita“ with his music. When you think of Italy, the cozy and summery sounds come to mind. But Michele proves that Italy can also sound very different. Because the MIKE (IT) project stands for a strong techno sound. His music moves between techno and melodic techno, with a sound feeling that reminds you on good old trance music.

In Peace of Mind, Michele processes an emotional journey and the experiences he made in Madagascar. The track is powerful, hypnotic and seems melancholic in some places, which then clear up in the synths full of euphoria and energy. The experiences that Michele made on his trip, probably remains his secret, but it sounds like a damn great adventure.

Veedrew’s melodic techno interpretation is a bit softer and deeper, with silky drums and a dreamy atmosphere.

The EP is rounded off by a remix by Sebastian Fleischer, who comes without compromisis and celebrates the raw form of techno.
