Biographie:
Musik begleitet Martin Weichenthal schon ein Leben lang. Mit 10 Jahren begann er im Kirchenchor Trompete zu spielen. Vom Konfirmationsgeld wurde die ersten Hi-Fi Anlage gekauft und die ersten Tapes aufgenommen. Später gab es ein Mischpult und 2 Plattenspieler für die ersten Feten. Als späterer IT-ler hatte er sich damals die ersten Musik Compilations auf CDs gebrannt.
Im Jahre 2020 erfüllte er sich auf Empfehlung einen Wunsch und kaufte ein Traktor DJ Pult und probierte sich im DJ Mixing.
Mit der begleiteten Ableton Lite Software Version beschäftigte er sich mit der Track Produktion. Über das Sinee Institut in Köln konnte er sich gut einarbeiten und später die ersten Tracks produzieren.
Begleitend gab es zu den eingereichten Tracks das erste Feedback der Mentoren. Nach Ende der 6 Kurs Monate konnte er so die erste 4 Tracks – EP unter dem Künstlernamen Softvalley produzieren.
Ebenfalls konnte er sich auf eine Ausschreibung zu einer Club Compilation bewerben.
Sehr inspirierend ist für ihn der Sound und die Möglichkeiten der Roland TB-303 und den Plugins der RolandCloud, u-he, Arturia, Korg; Eventide und Plugin Alliance. Über die Masterclass wurden mittelweile durch Robert Babicz auch Kenntnisse im Mastering vermittelt.
Momentan sagt er von sich, er habe immer noch keine spezielle Musik Richtung entdeckt: „Ich spiele gerne mit Plugins und entdecke immer mehr die Möglichkeiten des Sound Designs!“
Seinen zweiten Künstlername Hardvalley hat er gewählt und die Musik Richtungen zu trennen.

Music has accompanied him all his life. At the age of 10 he began to play the trumpet in the church choir. From the confirmation money the first hi-fi system was bought and the first tapes were recorded. Later there was a mixing console and 2 turntables for the first parties. As a later IT specialist, he had burned his first music compilations on CDs.
In 2020, he fulfilled a wish on recommendation and bought a Traktor DJ console and tried his hand at DJ mixing. With the accompanied Ableton Lite software version he dealt with the track production. Through the Sinee Institute in Cologne, he was able to familiarize himself well and later produce the first tracks. Accompanying the submitted tracks was the first feedback from the mentors. After the end of the 6 course months he was able to produce the first 4 track EP under the stage name Softvalley. He was also able to apply for a call for tenders for a club compilation.
Very inspiring for him is the sound and the possibilities of the Roland TB-303 and the plugins of the RolandCloud, u-he, Arturia, Korg; Eventide and Plugin Alliance. Through the Masterclass, Robert Babicz also taught mastering skills.
At the moment he says that he still hasn’t discovered any special music direction: „I like to play with plugins and discover more and more the possibilities of sound design!“
He has chosen his second stage name Hardvalley and to separate the music directions.
